We manufacture precision round wire from 0.10 mm to 20.00 mm in a wide range of materials including stainless steels, nickel alloys, carbon and alloy steels, copper alloys, brass, titanium and other specialist non-ferrous materials. Products can be supplied in coils, on spools, cut lengths or bespoke packaging to suit your manufacturing process.

Round Wire
WintWire manufactures precision round wire from 0.10 mm to 20.00 mm in a wide range of materials including stainless steels, nickel alloys, carbon and alloy steels, titanium, copper alloys, brass and other specialist metals. Produced using modern multi-stage wire drawing equipment and supported by comprehensive in-house processing capabilities including batch annealing, continuous strand annealing, straightening, cut-to-length, precision spooling and specialist finishing, our round wire is supplied to demanding industries where quality, consistency and traceability are essential. Available in coils, on spools, block wound packages, metal formers or precision cut lengths.
Rolled Profile Wire
WintWire manufactures an extensive range of rolled shaped wires, from simple commercial sections to complex customer-specific profiles developed for demanding engineering applications. Using dedicated profile rolling equipment, we produce precision flat, square, rectangular and bespoke profiles with excellent dimensional consistency and surface finish. Products are available in coils, on spools or as precision cut lengths and can be manufactured in stainless steels, nickel alloys, carbon steels, copper alloys and many other specialist materials.
Drawn Profile Wire
Our profile drawing capability enables the production of high-precision shaped wire for applications where conventional round wire or machined components are not suitable. By replacing machined parts with precision drawn profiles, customers can reduce machining time, minimise material waste and improve manufacturing efficiency. From initial concept and profile design through to tooling development and full production, WintWire provides complete in-house engineering support to develop the optimum wire profile for your application.
