Drawing, rolling, heat treatment and finishing operations are completed through controlled manufacturing routes, ensuring critical process parameters are defined, monitored and recorded.
Inspection & Verification
Dimensional, mechanical and visual inspections are carried out throughout manufacture to verify that wire conforms to customer drawings, specifications and agreed acceptance criteria.
Risk Management
AS9100 processes place additional emphasis on operational risk, product safety and the prevention of non-conforming product throughout manufacture and supply.
Configuration & Document Control
