Bright Hard Drawn Mild Steel Wire is manufactured by WintWire in house, WintWire offers the largest range of in house wire drawing of mild steel in the UK. It has the ability to draw wire from 12.00 mm through to 0.10 mm diameter making it one of the only wire manufacturers in the country to draw past 1.40 mm. “Hard Rolled” mild steel wire is also available using one of out 10 dedicated rolling lines. Mild steel is available in both round, shaped and flat wire. Upon request the material can be certified to BS1052.
