Inconel 601
Alloy 601 wire (Inconel 601) or 2.4851 is a nickel-chromium general purpose engineering material for application that require resistance to heat and corrosion. The alloy offers excellent resistance to oxidation and can operate in temperatures up to 2200°F. The alloy’s nickel base, in conjunction with substantial chromium content, provides resistance to many corrosive media and high- temperature environments.
