Stainless Steel Wire 302
302 stainless steel wire or 1.4310 is an 16-19% chromium, 6-9.5% nickel austenitic stainless steel. It’s an all-purpose wire with good corrosion resistance and is suitable for a wide range of applications that require good weldability and or formability. It has a higher carbon content than 304, making it suitable for applications that require increased strength and enhanced work hardening characteristics.
